How do I pay for a subscription?
From Billing, choose a plan and pay by card or mobile money through PesePay, or by bank transfer. A bank transfer stays awaiting payment until Documint confirms the money arrived. The plan starts when the payment is confirmed.
What does a discount code do?
Codes are issued by the platform owner. A code can apply to new registrations, to subscription payments, or to both. It only works between the start and end dates, and only until that day's count or the total allowance is used up.
Why is there a fiscalisation setup fee?
The first time you buy a plan that includes fiscal locations, a once-off fiscalisation setup fee is added. It is not charged again while your paid plan already includes fiscal locations.
Do employee logins use a seat?
People signed in with the employee role do not take a plan user seat. Promoting that person to another role does.
Who do I contact?
Account questions, billing and refunds go to hello@documint.co.zw. The platform owner sees system health and tenant events from the support screen.
