Documint is a business cloud operated by ThunderCraft. An account is for the organisation that registers it. You are responsible for the users you invite and for the data you put into the workspace.

Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until you cancel. A discount code applies only when it is still inside its dates and has not reached its daily or total limit. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the period you have already paid for ends, unless the account is suspended for misuse or non-payment.
Acceptable use
Do not use Documint to break the law, to attack the service, or to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend an account that puts other tenants or the platform at risk.
Your data
Your company records stay in your tenancy. We use them to run the service, to bill you, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell them.
